  • Shake the bottle well before every use.
  • Fill the glass dropper to your desired amount (1/2 - 1 full dropper)
    • You can take up to 5 full droppers daily (100mg of hemp oil) of Focus Drops if you feel you really need it. Every body is different.
  • Drop the oil directly under your tongue and let it sit there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

      • Your body absorbs roughly 15-25% MORE when held under your tongue before swallowing.
